President Aquino reportedly blamed Joseph Estrada and the City of Manila - the problem on the motorists and commuters, traffic congestions and truck bans. He even blamed the former President Gloria Arroyo for the frequent MRT problems including LRT.
Just recently he defended DAP as different from PDAF, he said only a minimal portion of DAP releases have any issue. Rest assured: The Commission on Audit will ensure that, if there was any abuse or misuse of this fund, then those responsible will be held to account.
It was a roller-coaster ride on the issue involving DAP, eradicating graft and corruption.
His plan of fighting against corruption was only good at first.
Truck ban in Manila was lifted. Mayor Joseph Estrada lifted the Manila truck ban effective noon in Manila to help address the problem of port congestion. The oil price increased high. During his term theres always a price hike but seldom price rollback. The jeepney fare increased, commuters has no choice. President Aquino asks for patience while he and his men is solving the problem.
He was criticised and accused to be sleeping with problems our country is facing today. Problems specially Pending NLEX-SLEX connector road, discarded the Belgian-assisted Laguna Lake project, derailment of MRT, and implementation of truck ban. Palace asks for patience as it works on some of the problems.
We need a President who has that great balls of fire. Someone who can defend us in times of trouble. Trouble such as the problems we are facing now.
Some criticism about him says that he failed to become a good leader to us. He was not full opening his eyes to see all the problems.
Someone we can turn to in crisis.
President Aquino is maybe in crisis because he has been in the position for many years and yet he cannot do immediate response. Obviously it is not easy, but he is the responsible for it.
It is just he is really sleeping or the staff around him are sleeping on the problems we are facing right now. It was posted in Tribune that even a recent Japanese study which the government adopted recently indicated that the administration of President Aquino has been sleeping on the job.
We need someone who can wake him up and pay attention to the problems we have now. The Palace's apologizing to the public on the mismanagement of the MRT and the traffic in the metro won't help solve the problems.

PNoy vs Supreme Court
Of all the issues President Aquino has encountered in his term this must be the most hard-hitting.
The Supreme Court declared DAP unconstitutional
but President Aquino filed a motion of reconsideration, he says it is under the
law but then he got rejected.
He then continued to defend DAP in spite of the
court ruling.
Respected personalities say he seems like trashing the
constitution and wants presidential autocracy.
While he was defending DAP, President
Aquino appears that he is above the law and his clan is benefitting from DAP.
Aquino uses DAP funds to overcompensate
him and his relatives — contrary to the amount ordered for compensation by the
court.
Different groups describe his statement as ‘Palusot’ resulting
activist group Bayanmuna to endorse the possibility of PNoy's impeachment. This also burst Anti

What do you think about DAP?
Is it just an
Aquino government’ s version of the pork barrel?
The illegal use of savings furthermore sends an image of corruption and bad governance.
Aquino's SONA is scheduled on July 28, 2014 at
the House of Representatives' complex in Quezon City.
He is expected to report his administration’s
accomplishments in the past year and his plans for the coming year.
What do you think are his achievements as the president
of our country and how about his non-achievements?
Aquino
is always giving out motherhood statements.
He’s
trying to divert the attention away from his own shortfalls.
The
Philippines may have advanced in his regime but the improvements are not based
on his accomplishments but the previous administration's
In
this period, only the rich got richer and the big businesses benefit from the
so-called national "growth."
On July 14, President Aquino speak up on the issue, he says DAP is completely different from PDAF
May mga nagsasabi rin po na pareho lang ang DAP sa PDAF. Excuse me.

The President and his Government
The president can realign the budget anytime of the year, from projects approved by Congress, to projects and budgetary items not found in the GAA approved by Congress, the President has practically castrated Congress of its power to appropriate funds.
The President in essence, drafts the budget, approves the budget and implements the budget, a form of budgetary dictatorship that is not only a source of graft and corruption but also patronage politics.
Pulse Asia survey shows that Filipinos trusted and approved of Vice President Jejomar Binay more than President Aquino.
Based on the survey taken from December 8 to 15, 2013, Aquino and Binay obtained majority approval ratings.
Aquino's approval rating, however, went down from 79 in September 2013 to 73 in December 2013, while his trust rating also went down from 76 to 74.
